My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were very clean and tidy, but the broken window handle was a disappointment. On the bright side, the modern rooms with AC and the convenient location right outside the subway and tram station were great. However, the lack of proper temperature control was a drawback, leaving the room neither hot nor really cooled down.
